Apollo was really responsive when some shipping errors were encountered and swiftly sent out another package. Package is as described and includes all the spokes and mounting hardware. Spokes came is what looks like a black powder coated finish which is quite nice. I will have to also buy a matching set for the front tire as well. Overall great product.
